Divisadero is one Ted's two brand new albums for 2006. Most of this record was written and recorded in hotel rooms, buses, studios, and living rooms while Ted toured the U.S. with Shooter Jennings through 2005. Named after the street that used to be the border between San Francisco and the 'country', this album features songs about divisions and change. It deals with the tensions and borderlines in life: between the insider and the outsider, the city and the country, the mature vs. the immature, being in love vs. yearning for love, what you want to be vs. who you are. Screwing up and trying to fix it. Dreaming and Dealing. The record features duets with special guests JESSI COLTER and SHOOTER JENNINGS. The band is mostly the same crew that's on NorthSouth: with the addition of Brian Whelan on guitar, harmony vocals, and Wurlitzer, Avi Sills on drums, Tony Paoletta on steel, Michael Webb on Hammond organ, and Gina Villalobos singing harmony.
Divisadero has officially been sent out to radio stations around the country.
Please call the stations and request they play the songs!
Some are internet or Satellite Radio, some are actual radio stations.
Every call you make (and email you send) tells the stations that there are people out there that want to hear the music.
And they will play it.
Thanks for any support you can give.
If you know of other stations that play Americana and Alternative Country and roots music, call them as well.
Email Ted to add YOUR local station.
We can also send extra cds to stations near you so you can hear it on the airwaves.

Nashville Fine Line is one Ted's 2 brand new records for 2006. Most of these songs were written and recorded on the road while Ted's was out traveling and playing bass with Shooter Jennings - on tour buses, in hotel rooms, in random studios around the country, and at home in Ted's living room. Most of the songs were written with Nashville co-writers, so a lot of these might sound a little closer to 'mainstream country' than Ted's other records: a little more fun, a little more sentimental. It's all part of the experiment and challenge of Music Row and Nashville: walking the fine line of writing in ways that are accessible and commercial, but also have depth, and heart and soul. A lot of the co-writers are very well respected and have written numerous hits for many different artists. They have all walked the line Ted is walking here, and they've all become good friends. These songs were recorded in the same sessions, with the same players, as Divisadero.

NorthSouth combines Ted's love of American roots music with modern Americana and '70's rock sensibilities. The classic production style and and honest storytelling aproach to songwriting has made this a critically acclaimed album. The CD includes Ted's version of the song "Steady At The Wheel", which is also on the Shooter Jennings album "Put The O Back In Country". The band featured on the album is mostly members of "Union Pacific", Ted's band that played all over L.A. through 2004 and 2005: Eugene Edwards on guitar, Eric Heywood on pedal steel, Leroy Powell on guitar, Robin Wiley singing harmonies, and Mike Sessa on drums. The disc also features special guest appearances from many of the other musicians and band leaders Ted played with in L.A: Preston Smith, Jonny Kaplan, Rob Bonfiglio, Bart Ryan, Jimmy Khoury, Corey Gash, and Shooter Jennings.

Dedications was Ted's first record: an all instrumental jazz album. Ted recorded it at the ripe old age of 24 when he was playing jazz for a living (just as he was discovering roots music). This record is an homage to the American jazz and blues of the '50's and '60's. Inspired by Bill Evans, Gerry Mulligan, and 'Kind of Blue' era Miles Davis, this CD is comprised mostly of original compositions, but also has a few standards arranged by Ted. The band is comprised of many of the most respected younger professional jazz players in Seattle: Gary Fukushima on piano, Rob Davis on tenor sax, Mark Taylor on alto sax, Steve Korn and Mark Yeend on drums.

The Wolf with Shooter Jennings and the .357s
This is the 3rd studio album by Shooter Jennings and the 357's. Recorded in January and February of 2007, this record was released by Universal South Records in October of 2007. It features Ted's song "The Last Time I Let You Down" as well as a great new set of songs by Shooter and the rest of the band. It is a solid album that really shows the band stretching out and exploring new sonic territory as well as some truly excellent and autobiographical songwriting by Shooter. It also includes a cover of the Dire Straits song "Walk Of life" and "Higher", the first song on a Shooter record written by our drummer, the one and only Mr. Bryan Keeling. It also features guest performances by Doug Kershaw and the Oak Ridge Boys.

Shooter Jennings and the 357's - Live at Irving Plaza 4.18.06 with Shooter Jennings
The title says it all. One night, one special artist, one incredible set of music. This isn't one of those over-dissected, market-tested, ProTools-pitch-corrected concert recordings that give the term "recorded live" a bad name. This is a take-no-prisoners set of high-volume honky tonk music; this is Shooter Jennings and The .357's captured raw and real. If you're looking for "perfect" or "just like the record," go pick up any of the million-and-one "live" albums out there. But if you've been yearning for the real thing from a true artist, you need look no further than Shooter Jennings And The .357's Live At Irving Plaza 4.18.06.

Electric Rodeo with Shooter Jennings
This is the second Shooter album, recorded throughout 2005 and released in April 2006. You can really hear the sound of the band progressing as we get more in tune with each other, as well as Shooter's songwriting getting even more personal with some more autobiographical singer/songwriter oriented lyrics. The Rock is more diverse, the Country, even more acoustic and classic sounding. Ted also makes his recording debut with the banjo on a few tunes, Leroy plays the theramin, Robbie Turner plays Steel, Bonnie Bramlett joins on backing vocals on a few tunes, and Tony Joe White sings on Alligator Chomp. Recorded with the same producer/engineer team, Dave Cobb and Mark Rains, this album really is a great next step for us all. 'Gone To Carolina' is the first single from the record, and went straight into the CMT Top 20.

Put the "O" Back in Country with Shooter Jennings
This is the first Shooter album recorded in Feb 2004, released on Universal South Records in March 2005. A cool blend of Classic Country and Southern Rock, it features the band as we know it, Bryan Keeling on drums, Leroy Powell on guitar, dobro, and vocals, Shooter on Vocals, guitars, and keyboards, and Ted on bass, vocals, and keyboards. There are also cool cameo guests appearances by George Jones and Hank Jr. and Eric Heywood on pedal steel. It features 'Steady at the Wheel' written by Ted. We made videos for '4th of July' and 'Steady at the Wheel', which both got some good airplay on CMT and VH1 Country. '4th of July' went up to #35 on the Country Chart and 'Steady', too rock for the Country Chart, went to #1 for a month on Texas Radio.
